NEW Here is our BASIC manual how to build 1MB RAM into Atari XE Game System (last change 19.7.2009).
There are some diferencies if you want build this RAM expansion into Atari computer with originaly 4-bit memory chips (latest Atari XE models).

XRAM - (eXtended RAM test)
If you want testing your memory extension, you can use XRAM. With this utility you can test all memory extensions from 0 to 4096kb.
